concentration statement

CONCENTRATION STATEMENT: After thinking as well as procrastinating, i have finally come to a final decision of my concentration. I have chosen to use "texture." This way, i can explore different mediums, making a lot of experimental pieces with mixed media. I already have 3 possible concentration pieces including: the tree stump photo, my staple/spraypaint/aluminum/acrylic/oilpastel self portrait, and my charcoal pot still life. smoothness, jaggedness, etc. are all incorporated throughout these pieces. i wish to further my exploration of this theme and to create more with this concpet in mind, through, graphic art, photgraphy, as well as studio skills. this is my final decision.
